I’m Ryan, founder and editor at RS Video Editing. I have extensive hands-on experience with computers and software, including years spent troubleshooting problems, analyzing systems, and learning how technology behaves when the answer is not obvious.
I earned an Associate of Applied Science degree after studying electronic and automotive technology. That background strengthened the patient, methodical approach I bring to editing: understand the system, isolate what matters, and refine it until it works cleanly.
Exploring the capabilities of DaVinci Resolve, modern editing software, and developing AI tools is a genuine passion of mine. Those tools support the process; pacing, clarity, taste, and the client’s goal still guide every decision.

How should I deliver footage?
After scope is confirmed, RS will provide or approve a secure cloud-transfer method. Organize footage, logos, scripts, brand files, and reference links before sending whenever possible.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes the listed number of revision rounds. Collect feedback into one clear set of notes per round. New concepts, replacement footage, or added deliverables may require a revised quote.
Who handles music and asset licensing?
Use music and assets you own or are licensed to use. RS can work with approved client assets or quote suitable licensed stock separately when a project needs it.
What affects turnaround?
Footage volume, creative complexity, motion graphics, missing assets, revision speed, and the number of deliverables all affect timing. The schedule is confirmed before editing begins.
Are project files included?
Final exports are included. Editable project files and source handoff are available when agreed in the scope and may require an additional archive and preparation fee.
Do you use AI-assisted tools?
AI-assisted tools may support transcription, cleanup, ideation, or selected visual tasks when appropriate. RS remains responsible for the edit, reviews the output, and will discuss material generative use before it becomes part of client work.
