RS Video Editing collects the information you choose to submit through its project-inquiry and free-edit application forms so it can review your request, respond, and provide the requested service.
Information collected
Form submissions may include your name, email address, business or creator name, website or social link, project details, deadline, platform choices, engagement volume, and any optional footage or reference link you provide.
How information is used
The information is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, communicate about a project, deliver services, and maintain ordinary business records. RS Video Editing does not sell submitted personal information.
Form processing
The website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may process and store form submissions on behalf of RS Video Editing. Avoid submitting confidential material through the first-contact form. Share sensitive footage only after a project has been accepted and a suitable transfer method has been agreed.
Site measurement
RS Video Editing uses Netlify's privacy-sensitive, server-side Web Analytics to understand pageviews, visitor trends, traffic sources, and the pages people visit. This measurement does not require a client-side analytics script and is not used to build advertising profiles. The site also includes event labels prepared to measure actions such as contact-button clicks and successful form submissions; those custom events are not currently sent to a separate analytics provider. Form-message content is never included in analytics events.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not currently use advertising cookies. Short-lived browser session storage may be used to recognize that a visitor has just completed a form and reached the confirmation page. That value is removed after the success event is handled and is not used to track visitors across sites.
Service providers
Netlify provides hosting, form processing, and server-side website analytics. Gmail is used for business correspondence and may be used to send inquiry acknowledgements. If a separate analytics, scheduling, file-transfer, advertising, or transactional-email provider is introduced, this notice will be expanded before that service is activated.
Portfolio permission
The free-edit application includes a separate required permission covering display of the completed edit in RS Video Editing's portfolio and promotional materials. That permission applies to the completed edit; it does not make unrelated personal information public.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, recordkeeping, and legitimate business purposes. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email recktech@rsvideoediting.com.
Changes
This notice may be updated if the site's forms, hosting, analytics, or business processes change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
